Notice 06-18-2026 : NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING, TOWN OF ATLANTA, COUNTY OF RUSK. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the _Town of Atlanta, Rusk County, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on June 30, 2026 at 8:00_ P.M. at the Town of Atlanta Hall N5200 Hwy 40 Bruce, WI 54819. Relative to: Proposed Temporary Moratorium Ordinance 2026-02. Purpose: A moratorium is necessary with respect to the issuance of rezoning approvals and subdivision approvals for Data Centers as a principal and primary use. This moratorium is necessary to protect the health, safety and general welfare of the Town of Atlanta residents, businesses and visitors. Such moratorium shall be in effect within any area over which the Town has jurisdiction, and would otherwise be zoned allowing any use as described in the Rusk County Code of Ordinances Section 50. All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing and be heard. Dated this 15th day of __June, 2026.
